Refugee Action Kingston is an independent local charity with a mission to enable people from refugee backgrounds in Kingston and surrounding areas to become active and accepted participants in our local community. RAK is recognised in the community and among statutory services as the main provider of all refugee related services in Kingston and other parts of South West London.

We are a voluntary self help group which provides advice and support for people with back pain and also joint problems and opportunites to share with social activities. We organise hydrotherapy classes and pilates classes on a weekly basis. We keep in touch with members with a newsletter, Backlog. Our latest activities can be found on the news page.
This group is for people who want the all new state-funded secondary schools in Richmond-Upon-Thames to be high quality inclusive schools. It is supported by the Accord Coalition, the national organisation which links religious and non-religious groups campaigning for inclusive education.

Southwark Dementia Action Alliance brings together a wide range of organisations based in this London borough or serving its residents who want to play their part in making the local community more dementia friendly. Spartan SC aims to provide each person, within accepted limitations, as near as normal a swimming experience as possible. The aim is that the swimmer will have an enjoyable time and receive some freedom from the constrictions of a disability. In the process a swimmer’s mobility and capability in the water may well be extended.
An amateur, community drama group, founded over 25 years ago, based in the Spring Grove area of Kingston, with members from a wider area. The group stages four or five shows a year, most running for two evenings and including supper. Over the last ten years, over £20,000 has been donated to charities chosen by the members.
We are a group of parent volunteers responsible for raising funds for a primary school in Whitton, Richmond upon Thames. We fundraise by putting on community events, school events, providing Twickenham Stadium events parking, requesting donations from time to time.
